OUR MISSION:
Coastal Pet Collective's mission is to create more positive outcomes for pets and their owners by improving access to resources, strengthening the pet care workforce, and helping owners find access to quality services.
We connect the pet community by encouraging all members to contribute to, and benefit from, a strong network of like minded animal advocates. By simultaneously supporting pet professionals, owners and participating organizations, we allow more pets remain happy, healthy and in loving homes.
So What do we do?
2.) We Connect Pet Owners with Trusted Services
We make it easier to find reliable, qualified pet services you can trust. Our network brings together a group of vetted professionals that ensure safe, consistent, and compassionate care for our local pet owners. Several collective members offer pet sitting, grooming, training, transport, escort, photography and more. Let us know what you're looking for, and we'll do our best to find a professional that can help.

3.) We Offer Discounted Services for Newly Adopted Pets
As a part of our Coastal Pet Partners Program, several of our members offer 10% off of eligible services for pets that have been adopted from participating rescues within the last year. We aim to be a resource for newly adoptive pet parents in an effort to help more pets remain safe, supported, and in loving homes.
4.) We Assist Pet Foster Parents
Also through our Coastal Pet Partners Program, several of our members offer regular pet care assistance to foster pet parents from participating rescues. They donate their time to assist with walking, feeding, medicating, bathing, etc. on days that foster families need a little extra help.
5.) We Provide Access to Resources
We’re committed to making pet care more accessible by sharing helpful resources, education, and guidance with our local community. We want owners feel confident and supported in caring for their pets. We're happy to provide owners in need with donations, emergency care resources, vaccine and microchip clinic information, pet loss and grief support, and more. Contact us if you're in need of guidance or or support caring for your pet.
6.) We Give Back Through Volunteer Efforts
We actively support local shelters, rescues, and animal-focused initiatives by organizing volunteer opportunities and encouraging community involvement.

8.) We're Building A Stronger Pet Community
Through local events, meetups, and community involvement, we’re fostering meaningful connections between pet owners, professionals, and animal lovers alike.

7.) We Run Monthly Donation Pick-Ups and Distribution
We can pick up food, bedding and blanket donations from your home on the first Thursday of every month. We're only able to take food that is in date and unopened, and bedding that has been washed. We distribute the items to local pet owners in need and all left over donations are brought to a local rescue or shelter. We post wish lists that are based on requests from the community to our social media pages, but all food and bedding items are appreciated. If you have donations that you would like picked up on our next collection day, or if you are in need of assistance caring for your pet, contact us here.
